In order to know if we’ll be a good fit for each other I ask that first-time clients contact me for a free, no obligation, 20-min. ‘meet and greet’ phone call.

Please include a preferred phone number along with the best time to reach you.

NB: Since email is not a secure form of communication please do not include personal details of your situation in the form provided. I will call you back within 24 hours to discuss them and your needs.

Covid 19 Notice: Walk-and-talk sessions at a safe physical distance are always available. Call to book at appointment at a park or trail near you.

FEES

Video or Telephone session - 50 min. - $195.00 + GST
Walk and Talk - 80 min. Youth or Adult - $275.00 + GST
Walk and Talk - 50 min. Youth or Adult - $195.00 + GST

A rate reduction is available in cases of genuine need for those impacted by COVID-19. Contact me for details.

PLEASE NOTE:

* Credit card prepayment via Jane is required to secure an appointment.
* Receipts for you to present to your insurance provider will be available in your Jane account. I do not bill directly to 3rd party insurers

*Session costs are often covered for clients insured with Pacific Blue Cross, Equitable Life, Greenshield, and SunLife and Doctors of B.CHowever, coverage amounts can vary widely. It is advisable to check with your provider before beginning counselling.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointment is for your exclusive use. When it is cancelled with short notice, or missed altogether, it is often too late or impossible to offer this time to someone else. Therefore, except in cases of sudden illness or genuine emergency, full payment will be processed for cancellations that take place with less than 24 hours notice. See FAQ for details.
